Define learners and outcomes
Record learner numbers, starting knowledge, accessibility needs, work patterns and the task or standard they must meet after training.
Compare delivery and support
Ask who teaches, how delivery is adapted, what preparation is required, how absences are handled and what support is available between sessions.
Understand assessment and evidence
Confirm how competence is assessed, who marks it, whether resits cost extra and which certificate, record or portfolio the organisation receives.
Calculate the complete commitment
Compare fees alongside travel, accommodation, equipment, paid time, manager involvement and follow-up work. Record cancellation and substitution terms before placing an order.
